Nikki has more than 15 years of expertise in assessment design, talent analytics, and the candidate experience. During her tenure at Shaker, she has worked across diverse industries and roles, including leading the rollout of international assessment programs. Nikki currently leads Shaker’s Innovation team, responsible for researching, prototyping, and bringing new products to market that incorporate the latest advances in selection science. She spearheads the efforts to integrate groundbreaking AI-based products into the candidate selection process to reduce selection costs and optimize client success with top talent.
Nikki’s prior experience include working at SHL and the Army Research Institute.
